After finding success with a brewery and micro-distillery, the brother-and-sister team of Manjit and Ravinder Minhas decided they wanted go for the trifecta and add winery to their résumé. They launched a years-long process of trial-and-error to perfect their blends with extensive taste testing along the way. The end result is a line of fruit-forward wines called Dragons' Tears. There are familiar varietals, a white sauvignon blanc and a red cabernet sauvignon, and then fruitier options that are flavored with mangoes, pears, berries, and more.
