Miracles Fitness

When Dan Ritchie and Cody Sipe opened Miracles Fitness, they knew they wanted to keep it small enough to offer clients a personalized experience while getting fit. But that doesn’t mean their aim was small. Both men have earned a PhD, and all of the trainers have four-year university degrees in health and fitness. The multitude of knowledge shines through during one-on-one or small group workouts that utilize treadmills, elliptical machines, plyometric boxes, resistance bands, weighted medicine balls, and dumbbells. Trainers also offer nutritional advice that helps clients follow a balanced diet steeped in lean protein, fresh produce, and scolding of all baby fat.
