What inspired me to stay in this field was seeing the difference I could make in each customers home.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the challenge. Some homes may have more complicated systems to clean than others, and knowing I can accomplish almost any job and put a smile on a customers face keeps me moving forward in the air duct cleaning industry.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction I got from a customer was finding things like dolls and baby shoes that have been inside the ducts for many years. Sometimes even bringing back a lot of memories for the customer.
