What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I come from a background in dance, as well as internationally recognized teaching certifications in both Yoga (Yogaworks) and Pilates (STOTT). I love working one on one with clients so I can tailor sessions based on their specific needs, incorporating the best of worlds from Pilates, Yoga or dance.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I believe in the importance of finding joy through movement. I'm also constantly coming up with new exercises for clients so it's not the same muscle groups that are getting stronger-the goal is to create balance while having fun.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Awareness of my body has significantly increased my quality of life. I want to share what I know.

What do you love most about your job?
When I can tell that I'm ending a session with clients a little happier than when they walked in. :)
