What You'll Get
Soups and sandwiches regained supremacy as the culinary it couple after the much-fussed-over tabloid romance between peanut butter and ketchup failed to promote either's career. Invade the personal space of America’s mealtime darlings with today's Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of sandwiches, soups, and more from Miss Addie's Café & Pub in Muskogee.
Miss Addie's Café & Pub charms diners with home-spun entrees and freshly baked breads within its historic Smith's Drug Store locale. The chicken bruschetta sandwich—juicy, marinated chicken stacked with baby greens, bold provolone, fresh bruschetta, and parmesan ($6.75)—exemplifies Miss Addie’s savory sandwich lunch menu and pairs perfectly with a cup of homemade tortilla soup ($3.95). Using linear regression to pinpoint the appetite’s next likely mealtime foray, Miss Addie’s follows lunch with dinner. The shrimp provencal breaks the surface tension of its white-wine butter sauce with an influx of jumbo shrimp, garlic, olives, fresh tomatoes, and herbs ($18.95). Nibble Miss Addie’s cheesecake ($4.99) or cobbler of the day ($3.99) to cleanse your palate of its prepackaged dessert transgressions.

About Miss Addie's Cafe and Pub
The two-story Victorian that holds Miss Addie’s Cafe and Pub has plied visitors with victuals since its inception as a soda fountain and drugstore in 1915. Carrying on the tradition of hospitality started by the druggist and his wife, the eponymous Addie, today’s owners welcome guests with an extensive menu of hearty pub fare. Plated pasta, beef, and seafood entrees adorn white linen tablecloths inside a sunlit dining room, and dark wood wine racks and a brick fireplace imbue a second space with an English pub atmosphere. Private parties mix and mingle amid the upstairs dining room’s rose-colored walls and bookcases. Patrons can also bring Miss Addie’s homestyle cooking home in the form of a cookbook, bottle of salad dressing, or realistic wax effigy of the head chef.
