The ride was nice , the staff were very helpful....my husband caught 2 flukes but he had to throw them back...too small...disappointed i didn't catch any...but had a good time...
would recommend this trip...
The staff had the intentions of starting at the time that was stated, but there was a 30 min delay immediately after leaving the marina. From the looks of it, at least two bridges were not rising which held us up. We got back to the marina about half an hour before the trip was supposed to end. 3 hrs in total. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The sunset was beautiful. Didn’t catch much.
We had fun on our trip. However, it was overbooked so there little room to move around or to keep our cooler we brought for any fish we hoped to catch. There was an issue with the boat that caused a delay in our departure and we returned almost 1/2hr early so it was more like a 3hr trip in total. Loved the sunset & got great pics! Staff did help with the rods etc.

About Miss Belmar Princess
At 120 feet long, the Miss Belmar Princess is as regal a ship as can be with its state-of-the-art navigational equipment, spacious sun deck with lounge chairs, full restaurant, separate ladies' and men's facilities, complimentary parking, complimentary shuttle service, and a heated and air-conditioned cabin with comfortable, full-cushioned seating. The Miss Belmar Princess sails daily in the coastal waters of New Jersey in search of striped bass, blues, sea bass, fluke, albacore, bonita, and tuna, and many trips allow passengers the chance to glimpse whales and schools of dolphins swimming with the vessel. Under the direction of the experienced and sea-savvy Captain Alan and Captain Lenny, who each have over 35 years of experience, the fleet navigates fishing hot spots during daily four-hour and seven-hour excursions. During each trip, the captain and crew take pictures, and sometimes videos, of triumphant anglers showing off their catch. The crew is also available to clean fish so that they can easily be taken home and prepared for meals.
