Today's Groupon offers a pole-based exercise more effective than 1920s pole sitting, more energizing than pole-vaulting, and more sensual than polenta: for $15, women get one introduction pole tease class at Miss Pole in any of the three Miss Pole locations in Madison, New Brookfield, or Kenosha ($30 value).
Providing a safe and encouraging environment for budding pole twirlers, Miss Pole aims to make pole dancing a sexy, fun, and challenging calorie-burning blast. Classes present an accessible workout for women of all shapes and sizes, while ensuring personalized instructor attention due to the classes’ small size (classes do not exceed 14 students). The pole tease workshop class teaches students safety techniques, pole tricks, centrifugal physics, transitional movements, fireman impressions, and an entire pole-dancing routine. Participants also explore their sensuality while developing head-turning movements and provocative floor work.
A powerful core and toned extremities put people in terrific shape for future shadow-puppet theater performances. Students of Miss Pole will feel their muscles tighten and flex every time they walk by a pole on the street and it looks back at them with those cold, doubtful eyes. Climb the heights to physical empowerment and discover that a pole can be decorated by much more than barber stripes and yard-sale signs.
This Groupon is valid for women only, and you must be 18 years of age or older. Participants must be new customers and reserve a spot to register.
