Mission Fit Camp
Mission Fit Camp's team of highly qualified fitness pros offer a boot camp program tailored for men and women of multiple experience levels, including beginners. During Mission Fit Camp's hour-long fitness classes, experienced trainers have participants work a different muscle group each day of the week with a mix of cardio and strength-building exercises. With a new session beginning every month and classes getting more difficult from weeks one to four, beginners are able to hop into week 1 with ease. Classes are led Monday through Thursday in the mornings and evenings at San Carlos Recreation Park near La Mesa in San Diego. Certified trainers lead rewarding workouts that make use of each location's ample grassy spaces, stairs, and waterfront paths.
