Each senior teacher—individually vetted by Mission Yoga—leads their own brand of practice, blending meditation, music, or short readings into one unique session. This results in classes that explore non-traditional yoga, including methods such as Bowspring—a technique that builds toward complex poses designed to oust chronic tension.
