Q:

I ordered this coupon and have not received it. What can I do?

Kitty P.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.

Q:

may i purchase more than one? seemed to prohibit second purchase. "need to purchase exactly 1". message appears

A:

Hi Tracy
It looks like this deal's Fine Print has a hard limit of 1 Groupon each. It does not allow you to purchase more as a gift or for yourself.
If you need any further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service department at support@groupon.com and we'd be happy to help you. Thanks for your question!

Q:

Can this coupon be used immediately?

Asher S.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Asher
Sorry for our delayed response! As stated on our FAQ page, you can use most Groupons the day after you purchase them - our featured businesses typically request we hold back the masses on the first day while they see to the phones.
In the future, feel free to reach out to this merchant directly to see if they can accommodate you. Thanks for your interest!
