Q:

Hi, I am interested in a steelhead / salmon drift fishing guided tour for two people this summer. Our availability is limited to a Saturday or Sunday. Can you please let me know if you have any weekend dates still available as of now? I previously bought another deal from a competitor and they will only take full price customers on weekends and groupon customers on weekdays only. Please let me know if that is the case with you as well or not. Thanks and hope to be fishing with you soon! - Jason Purdie

Q:

I'm interested in knowing what rivers you fish. I have never fished the Wynoochee (spelling?) and would like to float a river with my female partner who is a novice but am not interested in catching 10 to 12" trout. Do you float rivers with larger fish with fairly optimistic results? Bob Sumner bobsumner@comcast.net

Robert J.  asked on  May 17, 2013

A:

Possible rivers include the Columbia, Cowlitz, Wynoochie, Satsop, and Chehalis. Mike doesn't fish for trout, and yes, there are good results for larger fish.

Q:

2 of us will be in the Seattle area the end of May and have been looking at Groupon for various offers. We.ll only be there for 4 days, will we be able to select what date we can fish? Also how far from downtown Seattle are the places you fish from? What would we be fishing for?

Paul H.  asked on  May 15, 2013

A:

Yes, you would be able to select a date. Please note it is on a first come first serve basis for reservations. The catch depends on the season, but can include salmon, steelhead, kings, and others.

Q:

If I buy the two person offer can both people go on the trip on the same day. I'm confused by the Limit 1 per visit. To confirm you provide the rod/reel and bait, Yes? Do you limit the days available to book or space on the boat based on Groupon customers verses regular customers? I've had this happen before with other purchases. Thanks

David V.  asked on  May 14, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. There is a limit of 1 Groupon per visit, so if you have the two person option, two people can go on the same trip. Yes, everything is included. You are only responsible for bringing your fishing license, clothes, and a lunch. Booking is on a first come, first serve basis and not dependent on whether or not you have a Groupon.
