What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a third generation contractor. It's in the family blood. I never really thought growing up that I would do anything else.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the looks on my customers' faces when they see the finished project. If they are not doing cartwheels and jumping for joy in excitement, I feel like I let them down....
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I have received all types of positive feedback from clients over the years, but the very, very best compliment you can get is a referral. We get a lot of them. When a client puts themselves out there with a friend or family member to refer your services, you know you have treated them well.
