What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? No matter what your level of fitness, we will do everything to help you achieve your goals. MO’ Fitness is a strength and conditioning gym that strives to develop individuals and help them reach their maximum potential by consistently varying functional movements, which can be scaled down or up in intensity.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? The key to our functional fitness classes is completing constantly varied functional movements and creating a network of support among members. The variety of work and the community atmosphere keeps members motivated and results high.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Fitness has always been a way of life for us. Pat, a four-year football starter at the University of Oklahoma, is currently competing in a Pro Fitness League, and Dylan has competed in CrossFit on regional and national stages. Together, they share the passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.
What do you love most about your job? Watching others achieve their goals is one of the most gratifying experiences. MO' Fitness creates the opportunity for this to happen on an everyday basis. The support and sense of community that is generated by the members of MO' Fitness is unmatched, and the reason so many call this place home.
