Mob City Pizza
Before baking their pizzas in a hearth-stone oven—which is set to a steamy 550 degrees—the chefs at Mob City Pizza cover their hand-tossed dough with a housemade sauce and Wisconsin-imported cheese. And as it's name suggests, some of their pies pay homage to notorious mobsters. Take, for instance, the Al Capone, which is chock full of meats including sausage, bacon, pepperoni, and meatballs, and the Lucky Luciano, filled with meatballs, marinara, and ricotta. But they'll also craft make-your-own options, plus calzones, burgers, and salads.
