Here's how it works:
- A MOBI automotive-expert travels to a client's home to run a quick, yet comprehensive diagnostic to see if the client's vehicle is able to be fixed onsite.
- If the repairs are unable to be performed on the spot, the MOBI technician will bring the vehicle to one of the company's service centers, and will swiftly deliver a rental car to the client.
- After the repairs are completed, MOBI staff washes the vehicle and transports it back to the client's home.
