I had called to make my appointment and wasn’t gonna be able to make it in before it expired was told over the phone it was a $20 fee to be able to use it after expiration (which I’ve done with other group on with other places with no problem and no extra fees.) I call and confirm and merchant wanted to charge me extra per person per massage and per facial so she wanted $80 more I said no! That was a lot so then she agreed ok no facial 2 hour massage and no extra charge, I even said hold on let me make sure I’m understanding right you your saying substitute facial with massage so 2 people for 2 hours each??! She said yes yes 2 hours so I show up they only did 1! I go and ask her what happened I though we were doing 2 hours she said yes 1+1=2 hours 2 people…. I was so upset I had paid $20 more for “deep tissue” for my husband and I had tipped “full price value” like it says online, if I were to know she was only gonna give me 1/2 the service I wouldn’t of tipped at all or tried to go in before it expired. They just wanted to charge extra no matter what. Very unfair very unprofessional NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!! Not just because I was upset with my situation but massage was a 4/10 not so good wouldn’t recommend it save your money go somewhere else!
