Choose between Two Options
- C$39 for one introductory session with two CrossFit Fundamentals sessions (a C$125 value)
- C$199 for a full CrossFit Fundamentals course, which includes eight sessions (a C$500 value)
CrossFit Fundamentals sessions are high-intensity, varied workouts that walk students through a progressive 8-session plan. These fundamental sessions are mandatory before students can transition into regular group sessions and ensure students are safely equipped with a skill set for group classes. Classes emphasize technique and offer personalized options, based on the individual's fitness level. Sessions are available at the start of each month on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.
For option 1, students wising to continue onto a full CrossFit Fundamentals course will need to purchase an additional 6 group sessions.
Modus Vivendi CrossFit
The coaches at Modus Vivendi CrossFit offers more than just CrossFit workouts, which sling an ever-rotating mix of squats, lifts, tire flips, and pull-ups. They also tailor progression plans to clients who seek a measurable way to track and achieve their fitness goals. Fundamentals sessions focus more on technical CrossFit skills. Through these classes the coaches hopes to not only hone their strength physically, but also increase students' mental strength and self-confidence.
