Since first opening its doors, Moksa has floored customers with Pan-Asian menu highlights that include steaming bowls of miso ramen and sensuous plates of Malaysian beef curry. An assortment of sushi rolls complement the menu, including a "Mokzilla Roll" that features crawfish, avocado, and spicy tuna. And thanks to Noon Inthasuwan-Summers, The Improper Bostonian's winner for Best Mixologist, the beverage program at Moksa is also quite popular. She created original libations such as the Peking Sailor, a blend of Hendrick's, elderflower vinegar, Campari, and champagne, as well as Shanghai Noon, a curious mixture of brandy, gunpowder bitters, and tea-smoked sugar cubes that's also effective as a weapon when thrown in the face of stagecoach robbers.
