At Moksha Yoga Cambridge, there are various types of yoga classes. Moksha classes follow the typical Moksha sequence, but teachers are encouraged to bring their own personality. Classes can involve heated rooms, non-heated rooms, resistance bands, or even prenatal sessions that help moms stay relaxed and manage aches and pains.
