Instructors and staff are great. Class was fun and a great way to get into welding!
Lyn C. · August 11, 2016
This class was a wonderful intro to welding. We had plenty of time to practice our new welding skill and create the desktop sculpture. It's definitely a fun and unique event for a Saturday night.

About Molten Metal Works

Although the name might call to mind the forging plant in the final scene of Terminator 2, Molten Metal Works is actually more of a community center than an industrial space. Here, ironworkers and artists impart their wisdom to neighbors and new friends, teaching students practical skills such as how to mend a fence, build furniture, or make custom motorcycle parts. Within the 4,000-square-foot workshop, visitors will find everything from MIGs and TIGs to saws, rollers, and plasma cutters—everything necessary to bend metal to their will. And, even if pupils have never picked up a torch or mask before, classes help them build new skillsets and discover new ways of self-expression and self-reliance.
