What You'll Get
Unlike a sand-witch, a sandwich doesn't have the power to turn men into sand and sand into poisoned glass. Let a sandwich cast a devastating spell on hunger pains with today's Groupon: for $5, you get $10 worth of sandwiches, salads, and more at Momma Goldberg's Deli. This Groupon is good for the Inverness location at 4647 Highway 280 only, and is not valid for alcohol.
As one of the city of Auburn's oldest independently-owned businesses, Momma Goldberg's "old-school" deli formula affords customers the liberty to design their own grabable grub across its Alabama and Georgia locations. Liberal layers of roast beef, ham, hickory-smoked turkey and Muenster cheese stashed inside a sesame-flecked hoagie bun make up Momma's most famed sandwich, the Momma's Love ($4.99). Vegetarians can opt for the veggie burger ($5.29) or the veggie rider, with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, and choice of four toppings and dressing ($4.99). Momma Goldberg's has the meat flooring and bread slabs to build your own sandwiches ($4.99) and salads ($4.69). The nachos, powdery Doritos smothered in hot-pepper cheese ($2.75), are a Momma's specialty. View the complete menu here.

About Momma Goldberg's Deli
To craft the signature Momma's Love sandwich, chefs begin with a freshly steamed hoagie bun. They layer on slices of roast beef, ham, hickory-smoked turkey, and muenster cheese before topping the tower off with spicy brown mustard. The chefs also extend their culinary expertise toward a variety of other hearty hot and cold sandwiches, as well as their specialty nachos—crispy Dorito chips showered in creamy pepper jack cheese.
