What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start the business was the tears I saw in people's eyes when they couldn't get honest help to resolve their complicated tax matters. I have seen many businesses that need educating on tax matters and guidance.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy resolving a complicated tax matter and educating the small to medium size business owner. I enjoy seeing a client happy and smile!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We have a client in Texas that rushes to get her taxes done every year because the non-custodial parent always claims their child 1st. She never thought she could get her money back. Well, it took some work and proof but she received all her money back for several years and does not rush to file.
