Honestly, don't waste your money! First, we fully anticipated spending a pretty penny on food as we understand it’s a waterpark. However, $8 for a slice of cheese pizza is truly outrageous. You’ll want to plan on $60 for a basic pizza lunch and water. Additionally, it is posted that they add an 8.5% fee for using a card - which feels extremely high and exploitative. I actually researched it and I’ve found a variety of sources stating that businesses can charge these fees legally, but "surcharges are to be capped at 4% or the actual cost of processing, whichever is lower” So… seems a little questionable that they are charging more than double that. I own two businesses myself so I definitely understand the burden of credit card processing fees, but 8.5% is just insane. As so many similar places are actually going cashless, we chose not to bring cash and were really frustrated with how much more expensive everything was. Rules aren’t really enforced at all from what we saw. Also, people were smoking in the Tiki Bar pool which was gross and seemed like it shouldn’t be allowed. The lazy river doesn’t have nearly enough inner tubes and it is COLD. It was a 90 degree day and the teenager and child in my group didn't want to spend much time in the waterpark because the water was freezing. The wagon for the ride through zoo was small, it filled up 30 minutes before the departure time. A small bucket of food of a few carrots, corn stalks and a handful of tortilla chips for the animals was $25 - again another example of how pricing is a little out of control. It just doesn’t feel like a family friendly place. It would’ve been much more worth it for us to just go to Cedar Point (where a single day ticket is cheaper, by the way!) We won’t be back. Money is better spent elsewhere and there is no shortage of options in a 30 minute drive! Also, I left a review on Facebook and the owner was rude and didn't address 90% of my stated issues, even when asked a second time.
