What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

At Moonshine Stables and Riding Academy we focus on lessons and horse training for youth and amateur horses for both pleasure riding and competition. We strive to develop well rounded riders that have a strong foundation and good horsemanship.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Ever since I was 10 I wanted to be a horse trainer and instructor so I could share my love of horses with others and work with horses everyday. Horseback riding and working with horses teaches You how to work hard and never give up. After working in the horse business in many different states and moving to Corpus Christi I wanted to give people a place to go where they could not only learn to ride horses but also learn to care for them.

What do you love most about your job?

I love teaching and sharing my passion for horses. Moonshine Stables and Riding Academy is named after my first show horse and her daughter is at the barn. Seeing a student reach their goals.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best feed back I get from clients is that I teach everything about horses not just riding to develop strong confidence riders with good knowledge of horses.
