Moonshiners Whiskey and Gastro
Sultry red lighting sweeps across the bar area inside Moonshiners, where bartenders mix together cocktails using 20 different bourbons and an arsenal of rye, Canadian, and Irish whiskeys. The seasonal drinks menu—which also features freshly squeezed juices and house-made syrups—pairs seamlessly with executive chef Katherine Egan's farm-to-table food menu. Rather than shouting "Commence sustenance!" through a megaphone, visitors can simply begin their meals with appetizers, such as calamari with sweet chili sauce or fig-lacquered pork belly with arugula, feta strawberry, and cucumber. From there, they can move on to entrees, including chef's-cut steaks and a butcher's burger topped with garlic aioli and bacon.
