Very pleased with service. My dryer vent was full of lint which caused my dryer to not dry my laundry fully. The technician recommended that I use the Groupon to clean the entire dryer vent duct. Now my dryer completely dries my laundry

This was an exceptional experience. I rarely have good experiences with Groupon, my experience with this company was above and beyond. Etamar called when he saw that he was running a bit behind - so A+ on communication. He was so thoughtful, he explained the process, showed images of before and after, gave an assessment of where things stood, and people, above all else, at no point did he try to upsell me. My home was left in a tidy condition, no mess. I was steeling myself to do battle with a bait and switch and there was none of that. Professional, and courteous all the way through. I would, hands down do business with this company again and strongly recommend them to others.
