The team of chefs at Morgan's at the Interlaken Inn works with local ingredients—some so local, they hail from the inn's kitchen garden. Others come to the kitchen from nearby vegetable farmers, ranchers specializing in grassfed beef, and area cheese makers. These carefully sourced elements are united on a six-course tasting menu, as well as à la carte entrees, such as crispy seared Arctic char and roasted chicken breast with pistachio salsa verde. Diners can pair these plates with specialty cocktails or pours from a wine selection as extensive as a list of state capitals and their runners-up.
