What You'll Get
Practicing yoga increases breath awareness, which is why yogis comprise all barbershop quartets. Get in harmony with yourself with today’s Groupon: for $20, you get four yoga classes at Morning Breeze Yoga Studio in Finksburg (a $52 value).
At Morning Breeze Yoga Studio, certified yoga instructor Jennifer Lerche leads students of all skill levels through body-bending yoga sessions as well as torso-tightening balance-ball and core-bodywork classes. Students delve into deep breathing, proper alignment, and a wide range of poses during mixed yoga classes. Sessions build flexibility and strengthen legs, backs, and shoulders, readying students for lucrative careers as concert-piano jugglers. In balance-ball and core-bodywork classes, held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, pupils tone their midsections using a variety of props including balls, hand weights, resistance bands, and fake mustaches. The studio supplies all the necessary equipment. In addition to providing counsel on the yoga floor, Morning Breeze's sagacious instructor also offers advice on healthy eating and well-being with an eye toward improving participants' sense of balance in their day-to-day lives.
