Misty was super friendly and had a great attitude. However I went in to get my roots done (always single process) but I was told single process was for “color” not blonde. Personally never heard of such in my life so basically my hair looks the same as when I went in, dark roots but blonde ends toned. I still tipped $20 because sounds to me like it is management or owners deception. Very disappointed $70 later and my hair is exact same as it was before.

I went in for highlights, and the back section that I could not see has at least a 1-in gap from the scalp.
