What You'll Get
Like the seedpod of the sacred lotus, golf courses are filled with holes and cause feelings of euphoria when chewed. Delight in golf goodness with today's Groupon to Mosholu Golf Course & Driving Range in the Bronx. Choose between the following options:
For $38, you get a round of nine holes for two, golf cart rental for two, and a large bucket of range balls (up to a $91 value).
For $55, you get a round of 18 holes for two, golf-cart rental for two, and a large bucket of range balls (up to a $125 value).
Since 2001, Mosholu Golf Course & Driving Range has been mentoring young adults amid its meticulously manicured fairways, using the game of golf as an instrument to teach valuable life lessons in honesty, integrity, hard work, and sportsmanship. The circular par 64 course challenges club wielders of all ages, skill levels, and Sansabelt inseams with nine holes scattered over 2,312 yards of smooth greens and ball-hungry sand traps, easily traversable from the comfort of a speedy golf cart––which doubles as a handy get-away car in the event of a run-in with the ghost of Bob Hope. After finishing nine holes, twosomes can call it a day by hitting the clubhouse or driving range to spray the practice fairway with a large bucket of range balls, or head back to the first hole to play another round.
Golf with family and friends is the best kind of bonding. There's nothing like being out in the open air, hearing the wind blow through the beautiful old trees lining the well-groomed fairways, and refusing to grant your compadres mulligans. The satisfaction of a well-played hole is amplified by enjoyment you get from your partner's three-shot spectacle in the sand. Mosholu Golf Course is open seven days a week during Spring and Summer from 7 a.m.–8 p.m.
