Good, but delay in following through with scheduling. Service technician was very good, pleasant and helpful.

Took over a month to return calls. Said they’d call us two days before they could come out, then just showed up and treated the yard without ever contacting us, in late October.

I tried out this company to possibly switch seasonal providers. The tech that came was a nice guy and seemed to do a good job. A couple hours after he sprayed we had heavy downpours. The next night I was in the yard and we were getting bitten like crazy so I called them the next day requested they come back and respray. The "customer service" rep said that they would only come back out if I signed up first for a seasonal contract. I explained that as long as the product worked well which I should know soon after a proper application, I would gladly sign up. He said I would need to pay again because the Groupon service was not guaranteed. So basically I wasted the cost of the Groupon because I'm not going to sign up for the season without testing their product. I guess I'll simply stick with my current provider.

I Didn’t receive a call for second spray they came and sprayed while my windows were open and my Dogs out side. Very disappointed!! After 2 sprays still full of mosquitos
