Are there classes in slow yoga or for over-65 yr-old participants? Thanks. Elissa

Iyengar yoga is alignment based and uses props geared towards the individual-what you can do. We have lunchtime classes twice a week Tues and Thurs at 12:30pm. There are a few students that are over 60. However, if you have any physical issues (such as back issues) it might not be a good fit as we are limited in the group setting to the amount of individual attention we can give, and want to make sure to keep you safe. I hope this helps. I do have a seniors class at the JCC open to all Tues at 11:05am that is slow paced.
