What You'll Get
Adding a pole to an activity makes it more fun, as it gives dancers something to lean on and lets fishermen stop shooting holes in their barrels. Take the bait with today's Groupon: for $25, you get five pole-dancing classes at Moulan Rouge Pole Fitness (a $120 value).
The experienced instructors at Moulan Rouge aim to unleash the inner vertical vixen in their students by running a full schedule of fun, challenging, and sensual pole-dancing workouts. No experience is necessary for the beginners' session, in which pole kittens can master the basic moves, rehearse floor work and sexy walks, and gain the self-confidence needed to look a lamppost in the eye. During intermediate and advanced courses, students can practice trickier techniques including inversions and spins. Since class sizes typically range between 8 and 16 ladies, the studio's post masters can lavish individualized attention on each student. Moulan Rouge recommends wearing comfortable workout gear to class, and students start out dancing barefoot so their heels have time to resolve their fear of heights.

About Moulan Rouge Pole Fitness
Studio owner, mother of three, and passionate polecat, Annia Vazquez, encourages women to tap into their inner minx during pole-dancing and flirty-fitness classes. The studio takes pole dancing—once strictly a means of determining the next fire chief—and turns it into a full-body workout that incorporates core work, conditioning exercises, and sultry dance moves. Students can explore some of the other seductive arts during exotic belly-dancing lessons or courses that combine Vaudeville-style and modern burlesque. Classes keep comfortable with a maximum of 16 students, giving instructors enough time to dole out personalized tips to help newbies transform into veteran vixens.
