What You'll Get
Pole-dancing classes give students the confidence to flirt with strangers and finally buy a skintight costume for their crime-fighting alter ego. Suit up with today’s Groupon: for $29, you get five pole-dancing classes, including choreography sessions, at Moulan Rouge Pole Fitness (a $120 value).
Moulan Rouge's friendly instructors lure female fitness-seekers with pole-based workouts that help to tone muscles, burn calories, and boost self-confidence. Instead of doing pull-ups from the Statue of Liberty’s crown spikes, novices can strengthen biceps in 60-minute Beginner 1 classes, which impart basic spins and pole-grabbing techniques. Beginner 2 classes help participants master graceful one-armed moves after completing four Beginner 1 sessions. Students learn upside-down moves in advanced classes while perfecting floorwork fundamentals and sexy struts that bolster their core muscles. With an average of 8–16 dancers per session, participants score personalized tips and the courage to scale totem poles of clown masks. See the studio’s schedule for class dates and times.
Moulan Rouge asks students to remove lotion and jewelry before class and dress in comfy workout attire such as boy shorts or yoga pants that can be pushed up to knee level. During the workout, participants can share their favorite songs by connecting their iPods to the sound system or shouting the lyrics into a megaphone.

About Moulan Rouge Pole Fitness
Studio owner, mother of three, and passionate polecat, Annia Vazquez, encourages women to tap into their inner minx during pole-dancing and flirty-fitness classes. The studio takes pole dancing—once strictly a means of determining the next fire chief—and turns it into a full-body workout that incorporates core work, conditioning exercises, and sultry dance moves. Students can explore some of the other seductive arts during exotic belly-dancing lessons or courses that combine Vaudeville-style and modern burlesque. Classes keep comfortable with a maximum of 16 students, giving instructors enough time to dole out personalized tips to help newbies transform into veteran vixens.
