Great little course. Some of the greens are raised which actually make it fairly challenging. Super laid back and nice staff. In good shape considering the altitude....

About Mount Massive Golf Course

From the green of Mount Massive Golf Course, it's plain to see where the course gets its name. Nestled in the Arkansas River Valley, the course is ringed by some of Colorado's tallest mountains, which provide a towering, yet breathtaking backdrop to the course. Since the 1930s, the course has played host to many golfers, who originally played on sagebrush fairways and sand greens. After an irrigation upgrade in the '70s, the golf began to attract a real crowd, eventually making its way to the 20,000 annual rounds of golf that it is known for today. Every year, golfers tackle the 18-hole, par 72 course in the shadow of the massive mountains rising in the distance.
