About Move & Flow Dance Fitness & Yoga
Move & Flow Dance Fitness & Yoga is a small community studio with 22 yoga/barre classes and 24 Jazzercise classes per week designed to help the participants improve their fitness and wardrobe. They can have a break from daily stress in fun fitness or relaxing yoga classes of their choice, but since feeling amazing isn't enough motivation, the classes can also bribe them to make fitness a priority with the promise of cute swag rewards. A wide range of classes are designed to benefit participants' stamina, strength, and improve general well-being.
