Q&A with Kimberly Price, Owner

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
I make sure to keep my choreography fresh so that my classes stay interesting and my clients have something new to learn.

Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
I do believe in it. As Gillian Michaels says, "get comfortable with being uncomfortable". Your body has to feel stress (pain) in order to learn how to overcome these stresses, and in turn, become stronger (gain).

Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
We are located in the centre of Downtown Vancouver, which is close to great shopping, entertainment and food. Our clients can find plenty of fun things to do nearby before after class.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We are the only studio in Vancouver that offers Hot Hula Fitness classes.
