Experienced a long overdue massage with Wendell D. BJC follows very stringent sanitizing and disinfecting practices, so I felt very safe.

Wow! Best massage in St. Louis. Wendell D. was spectacular...and I’ve had a fair amount of massage work. Deep tissue is his specialty but he knows precisely where to apply the pressure so that you are never uncomfortable. My only minor complaint was the room lights could’ve been slightly lower. Don’t miss this guy...he’s darn good!

I’ve had great massages before, then I had a massage from Debbie. I’ve never had someone incorporate stretching and muscles in my neck that I didn’t know existed. She is a phenomenal masseuse that is 100% worth the 40 minute drive.

My massage therapist was Debbie. I received a deep tissue massage. I don't know how to explain how incredible she was. She shared with me that she's been a LMT for over 13 years and it's obvious that she knows what she's doing. She made me as comfortable as possible and thoroughly worked out every knot in my back and shoulders and relieved muscle tension all over my body. I left feeling thoroughly relaxed.

About This Deal

Clients may choose either a table massage, where a full body massage can be performed or a chair massage, where clients remain fully clothed as therapists work on the most commonly stressed muscles, especially in the neck and shoulders.

  • Swedish - Therapeutic Swedish massage is the most popular type of massage in the United States. It involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health.

  • Sports - Deep Tissue Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia.

  • Rehab Massage Clinical massage therapy (or rehabilitation massage therapy) is a site-specific treatment with a precise goal or outcome in mind; similar to physical therapy. Rehab massage is $70 an hour.

  • Trigger Point Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.

  • Myofascial A hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
