They did an excellent job moving my furniture/ boxes 3 flights and up 2 It was hard for them to find where I was located but didn't start the time until they arrived I tipped them and gave water for the hard work ! Be sure to have things to cover your furniture it helped protect my stuff They came with Dolly's and floor sliders
