Trainer Victor Motta adopts a three-pronged approach to fitness: exercise, diet, and rest. With that in mind, he leads specialized one-on-one sessions in which he teaches the fundamentals of boxing, pushes clients to reach their specific body goals, or helps expectant or new moms loose baby weight and bolster muscle tone.
