Moxieride - Moxieride: 5, 10, 15, or 20 Full-Body Indoor Cycling Workouts at Moxieride (Up to 55% Off)

Riding a stationary bike combines the safety of a fitness center with the thrill of mountain biking, just as riding a stationary goat combines the safety of a petting zoo with the thrill of encountering a pack of hungry wolves. Get your adrenaline pumping with this Groupon.

Choose from Four Options

 • $35 for 5 rides (a $70 value)
 • $63 for 10 rides (a $130 value)
 • $85 for 15 rides (a $180 value)
 • $99 for 20 rides (a $220 value)

The 45-minute classes merge the cardio of spinning with strength training for full-body workouts. During MoxieSteel rides, arms curl small hand weights while legs pedal to invigorating music. Alternatively, MoxieBands classes challenge entire torsos with resistance bands dangling overhead from a custom-built steel apparatus. For an orientation to Moxieride, a 45- to 60-minute Moxie101 session eases guests into the routine. Click here for a ride schedule; this Groupon is not valid for MoxieRebel classes.

Certified spin instructor Melissa Davis spent several years experimenting with indoor cycling workouts, trying to balance a stationary bike's cardio benefits with exercises to toughen up upper bodies. After a trial-and-error process, she invented Moxieride—a studio that integrates hand weights with spinning.

Melissa's innovative 45- to 60-minute routines have been featured on the Fox 25 Morning News. While instructors demonstrate the maneuvers that incorporate weights to burn fat and sculpt muscle, motivational music pushes bodies like a drill sergeant moonlighting as a Lamaze coach.

Great workout much more challenging than I thought it would be after all it is just a "stationary bike" right. The routine makes it completely different. Lots of fun and very nice facility.
