I did a trial HIIT class with my sister & loved it. that is why i bought the groupon. have had such an awesome experience so far & have heard & seen nothing but great things from my two sisters who attend there regularly. thank you for creating such a fun atmosphere & i am looking forward to seeing my progress!

The instructors during the group classes are encouraging and they push you to your max effort, - lots of variety in terms of cardio/strength activities as well. Facility is big for the activities as well.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Access to over 71 classes taught by 27 instructors. Classes include wrestling, judo, kid fun, rock steady boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, fitness, bootcamp, taekwondo, TRX, strength, powerlifting, sports performance plus open gym. Classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers, USA Boxing Coaches, and Fitness Exercise Science degrees.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Variety & Energy. We plan every exercise routine and require instructors to never repeat the same routine. Our classes are high energy and keep people moving to the beat of the music.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I lived in the gym as a kid. I always knew I wanted to own my own gym. I started working in the fitness industry at 15 and as a trainer at 18. Fitness is my passion.

What do you love most about your job? I train 8 year olds and 80 year olds. They both express the same joy when they do something they didn't know they could do or thought they would never do again. I love helping people get healthy and fit.
