I am not a fan of businesses that do not return calls within a timely manner-- I left several messages trying to schedule an appointment and then found that Mr. Suds had marked that my Groupon had been redeemed (which it had not). I wouldn't recommend or use this business in the future based on the difficulty in scheduling and the fact that they marked my Groupon as used when it wasn't.
