Good communication and was on time. Excellent way to end a long trip, especially since the TNCs seem to have surge pricing fairly often at the airport.

WARNING!!!!!!!I recommend you do not use this service. They are incompetent inconsiderate and unprofessional. Never sent the driver to pick my lady up and told her two (2) different stories about arrival. Someone finally showed up but after she waited 50 minutes of waiting. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Hello Germaine. Sorry for the issues your lady may have had but I do remember this incident. The flight arrived early and we had a driver mix up at the airport. Once we found out about the mix up, we did our best to find the closest driver and we had a driver in route to the airport. Whenever flights arrive early, sometimes, we have to adjust the schedule and switch drivers around. Everyone knows about flight delays, early arrivals, and airport issues. We try to do our best to accommodate the client. In this case, we gave the client the option of waiting or we could have given her a full refund. We did tell her approximately 20 minutes, and she said no problem, I can wait. We even suggested to wait inside in the air conditioning out of the heat. She waited for 20 minutes, not 50 minutes. The driver stayed in contact with the client the entire time in route to the airport. The driver had a friendly conversation the entire ride with the client. Once again, the flight landed early and the newly assigned driver arrived at the airport, according to the GPS, 20 minutes after the initial conversation with Germaine's lady. Whenever issues happen like this, we do what we can to accommodate everyone, especially by giving them several options. Never once were we inconsiderate or unprofessional! As far as being incompetent, that seems like a little verbal abuse to our company. Germaine was not the client, his lady was, so not sure how he can say any of the verbal abuse toward our company because he never once had spoken to any of our staff. We've been in business for over 25 years and do our best to accommodate everyone.
