The Mud 'n Blood Zombie Run at Hobb's Grove pits runners against 5 kilometers of zombie-infested trails, complete with obstacles and muddy pits to overcome. Runners each wear three flags, or "lives," which zombies on the chase attempt to snatch throughout the course. Runners who lose all their flags "succumb" to the undead plague. Luckily, brave workers have set up medical stations along the course, where runners can renew their flags and grab a swig of water before facing the next set of challenges. At the finish line, those still among the "living" can claim prizes for best costume or join the ranks of the undead at the Dancing Dead Party afterward, which features music, food, and drink.
