Chef Frisco prepares one meal per day from a Southern- and Cajun-inspired selection of entrees that includes meatloaf with red-wine whiskey gravy, sausage-stuffed pork chops, and shrimp-and-sausage jambalaya. Each meal feeds three people and includes rolls or corn bread, two sides, such as candied yams, collard greens, or smoked-gouda mac 'n' cheese, and one dessert, such as red-velvet cake, banana pudding, or bread pudding with brandy sauce.
