In Sanskrit, mula signifies a base, foundation, and source. Mula Yoga's classes act as that foundation, working to improve quality of life from the ground up. The studio's trained teachers put their experience to good use in more than 20 yoga classes per week, such as Vinyasa yoga with dynamic twists and balancing poses. Yin classes use passive postures to encourage flexibility, and lunchtime express classes re-energize the body. Foundation workshops encourage beginners to plunge into a new pose or improve upon sun salutations, and 90-minute Rave level two classes use quick rhythms and upbeat music to accelerate the heart, offering a cardio workout.
