At Mushin Judo, we teach Judo as a Japanese martial art that focuses on using your opponent's power against them to defend yourself. Come for exercise, to learn to defend yourself or to just have fun! We will teach you how to throw your opponent and how to fall without hurting yourself, which develops discipline and mental toughness. There are no punches or kicks in Judo. We focus on flips, trips and wrestling/submission techniques. The founders of Mushin Judo have been students of Judo since the 1980's and teachers since the 1990's.
