What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
A local closet company for over 12 years. Although small, we deliver the same quality work and materials as larger closet companies, at a smaller price due to very little overhead. The owner is involved with the entire process. All types of closets, garages, laundry rooms, and more-we can improve.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The owner of My Custom Closet worked at a store manager for Nordstrom and also Organized Living. He saw a need for people to be able to appreciate what they have by keeping it organized and being aware of their inventory. Also, the wire shelf placed in most "new builds" was not fully functional.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of owning this business is meeting the clients and helping them to improve their closets and other areas in the house. We love to see how pleased they are with the results. The whole process, from consultation and design to installation and completion, is rewarding. The people....
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Being asked to come back to do more closets from a former client. We also are always grateful for the positive reviews that people take the time to post on various review sites. Being called professional, responsive and trustworthy all mean so much to us as our clients often make these comments.
