What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I had been doing marketing for a contractor during the downturn, but my company did not suffer. The techniques I had developed and piloted kept us very busy all the way through!

What do you love most about your job?
Web design and web marketing gives me the opportunity to meet and consult with clients who are starting new businesses or have established businesses they are looking to grow. As their designer and marketing guy, we are in a position to really make their dreams a reality, and that's an awesome thing!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Crissy Depoy in Chandler, AZ had a problem with a site. Her prior company was trying to charge $3,000 to fix. Instead, I fixed it for her over the phone in literally five minutes. Needless to say she was happy.
